The role of the School Leader is vital and we provide at least two complimentary places on each expedition. As part of the leadership team their roles inclue deputy leader and pastoral support.

We do not expect School Leaders to hold specific qualifications. We treat then as the most important player in the expedition process prior to departure and ensure we provide the best support possible. This personal service builds a real trust from which everyone benefits.

Far Frontiers Expeditions is generous with staff ratios.
A minimum of 13 Expeditioners allows for
2 complimentary School Leaders.
